"Josh Shoop’s office has been amazing to work with, I had to file a claim and Natalie in particular has made the process easy, efficient and she is always a pleasure to talk to and she is very knowledgeable and quick! I have always liked State Farm Insurance, but by far Josh Shoop’s office has made this as painless as possible and I in particular appreciate great customer service and I will never have an another insurance again. You guys truly are amazing at what you do and not to leave out the claims department because they were just as courteous and helpful. Thank you for what you do."

"I changed insurance agents within Statefarm and I was told that since we were transferring our policy there would be no need to contact my previous agent. They would bill me and my other policy would "cancel" automatically. This wasn't the case, my previous agent reached out days later requesting payment."
